Phenolic/Rosin Modified Alkyds

 

Modified Alkyd Resins are short to medium oil length alkyds modified with rosin and/or phenolic resins. These modifications speed up the rate of air dry and improve the hardness fo the dry film. Phenolic modification also enhances adhesion of the alkyd and imparts some solvent resistance to the alkyd film. These products are intended for use in primers and non-white finishes.
